Aneisha Graydon is an economic development project manager for Florida Power & Light Company (FPL). Aneisha supports 35 Mules, an innovation hub powered by FPL. 35 Mules provides resources and support to invited startups. Its goal is to help develop a new generation of great American innovators right here in our state.
Aneisha joined FPL in 2017 and has held various roles across the organization, including in corporate operational excellence, strategic projects and quality, and external affairs. Prior to joining FPL, Aneisha worked in the healthcare industry for more than a decade.
Aneisha is a graduate of Leadership St Lucie County Class 38. She holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Indian River State College and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management from Nova Southeastern University. She is an active board member of the United Way of St. Lucie County & Okeechobee, a nonprofit that supports the health and welfare of the community.
