CSX Rail Line is 17 miles from the site and Florida Gulf & Atlantic Railroad is less than 5 miles away. The Port of Pensacola is 16 miles from OLF-8 and Pensacola International Airport is just a 13-mile drive. 

Incentives

Companies here enjoy a competitive business tax structure, and Florida has no personal income tax. Florida also offers incentives including:

  • Sales and use tax exemptions on machinery and equipment for businesses that manufacture or process tangible goods
  • Capital investment tax credits for up to 20 years to help offset corporate income tax
