FPL provides power (9 MW) to the site. Truck access is via SR-207 (on-site), US-17 (8 miles) and I-95 (14 miles). Nearby airports include Palatka Municipal Airport (12 miles), Daytona Beach Regional Airport (52 miles) and Jacksonville International Airport (57 miles), and Port Putnam (1.5 miles) and JAXPORT (37 miles) provide seaport services. The site has frontage access to the Florida East Coast Railway.
