Infrastructure
The site is served by an FPL 138kV transmission line along the western boundary. Treasure Coast International Airport, the largest airport in Florida by land mass with customs onsite, is nearby and is part of a foreign trade zone. Palm Beach International is less than 75 miles away. Truck access is exceptional, with US-1, 1-95, SR 70 and the Florida Turnpike all less than 5 miles from the site. A Florida East Coast Railway lntermodal Site is 5 miles away and seaport access is available through the Port of Fort Pierce (6.5 miles) and Port Canaveral (89 miles).
