This is the perfect site for distribution and logistics from SeaPort Manatee or Manufacturing operations.
Infrastructure
Electric utilities are provided by FPL. Easy access to interstate and rail connects your company to the rest of the U.S. while international airports and a deepwater seaport connect your company to the rest of the world. Innovation Park provides easy access to Interstate 75 and CSX serves the site.
