Water, sewer, natural gas and fiber optics are all located adjacent to the site with the capacities to meet the demands of major industrial projects. The Port of Pensacola is 40 miles west, Port Panama City is 55 miles east – both in foreign trade zones – and Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is 20 miles away. Florida Gulf and Atlantic rail is located adjacent to the site’s northern boundary. US 90 is located adjacent to the site’s northern boundary and I-10 bisects the site, with north and south parcels accessible across an existing overpass.
