Infrastructure

The site is served by an FPL underground 12.47 kV 3-phase distribution line. The site is 23 miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and 16 miles from Port Panama City. The IDC accessed by Highway 231 and is 36 miles from I-10.  The site will be served by Bay Line Railroad, a short line freight railroad operated by Genesee & Wyoming which interchanges with CSX and Norfolk and Southern. 

Incentives

The Bay Economic Development Alliance will work to negotiate an incentive package for your company’s relocation or expansion project. An incentive award could include tax refunds and exemptions, workforce training and, for qualifying projects, even cash grants from local, regional and state resources. Incentives include:
