Infrastructure
The North Port Innovation Corridor provides easy access to markets across the state and around the world. There is a mile of prime frontage to Interstate 75 at the site, and SeaPort Manatee and Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport are both about 50 miles away. The site is served by an FPL 230 kV Transmission Line.
