Infrastructure

FPL provides power (6 MW) to the site. The site is equidistant to Jacksonville, Orlando and Gainesville, and provides immediate proximity to I-95 (2 miles) and US-1 (3.5 miles) for quick transportation. Flagler Executive Airport is on-site and Daytona Beach International Airport is less than 30 miles away. JAXPORT (72 miles) and Port Canaveral (93 miles) provide seaport options. Rail service is available through Florida East Coast Railway (67 miles), and Cecil Spaceport (79 miles) and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (90 miles) provide launch access.

Incentives

Florida is considered one of the best states for business. Labor costs are low, regulations are limited and the state has no state income tax. Florida offers incentives to qualifying companies and Flagler County provides a Recapture Enhance Property Value Grant (REV Grant) and the Florida Resiliency and Energy District (FRED) PACE program.
