Molly Deddens is a member of FPL’s PoweringFlorida team, where she supports business development, research and strategic initiatives that help advance economic growth across Florida. In her role, she contributes to business development research, strategic planning and initiatives that strengthen engagement with customers, partners and stakeholders.
Prior to joining the team, Molly was part of NextEra Energy Investments, where she supported investment operations, managed fund relationships and helped lead strategic programs and events. A Jupiter, Florida native, Molly brings experience in relationship management and strategic project execution, along with a strong connection to the communities FPL serves.
Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in business supervision and management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and her pit bull, Groot.
