Danielle (Dani) Foster is a Project Manager at 35 Mules, where she leads cross-functional initiatives that support startups and drive innovation. In her role, she oversees program execution, manages stakeholder engagement and helps advance strategic projects that contribute to the growth and success of the organization’s innovation efforts.
Since joining NextEra Energy in 2024, Dani has supported both 35 Mules and the Economic Development team, contributing to programs that support startups and innovation across Florida. She also brings experience in venture capital operations through her work with NextEra Energy Investments, where she gained exposure to startup evaluation and investment processes.
Prior to joining NextEra, Dani built a strong professional foundation in account management, event planning and operations management. Through these roles, she developed expertise in client relations, process improvement and executing strategic initiatives.
Dani holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Florida International University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
