Brooke Pietrzak serves as a Lead Economic Development Project Manager with the PoweringFlorida team at Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), where she works to diversify Florida's economy by facilitating business attraction and expansion efforts with a focus on IT and data centers. Brooke assists businesses in the identification of sites and buildings, electric and infrastructure assessments, incentives and clean energy programs.
Prior to her current role, Brooke was part of Florida Renewable Partners, where she managed the origination pipeline for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects throughout Florida. She also supported the deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, helping advance the company's clean energy transportation initiatives. Through these roles, Brooke developed expertise in project coordination, stakeholder engagement and navigating complex regulatory and development processes across multiple renewable energy sectors.
She previously worked in FPL's Development business unit before joining the Office of Economic Development in 2022.
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Originally from New Jersey, Brooke moved to Florida to attend college and now resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her furry friend, Miller.
