Brady joined Florida Power & Light Company in 2019 and currently serves as Sr. Economic Development Project Manager, where he spearheads initiatives to drive business growth and investment in Florida's economy through the advanced manufacturing sector. In this role, Brady partners with businesses to identify optimal sites and buildings, conduct comprehensive electric and infrastructure assessments, and navigate incentives and clean energy programs that support their expansion goals.
Brady brings diverse operational expertise from his previous roles across multiple business units at FPL. As a Sr. Business Analyst in Power Delivery's Vegetation Management program, he collaborated with stakeholders to transform traditional business practices by leveraging LiDAR technology to optimize tree trimming operations. His experience in Integrated Supply Chain includes managing vendor relations and contracts, overseeing resource acquisition and allocation for emergency preparedness, and purchasing materials for utility-scale renewable solar and storage projects.
Brady holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Outside of work, Brady is committed to giving back to his community through volunteer work with local food banks and promoting STEM education programs that inspire the next generation.
