The Alachua County Opportunity Zone site offers 185 acres for light and heavy industrial and can accommodate up to 2M sq ft. The site is suited for service to the Southeast U.S., with frontage on a CSX Railway line that can serve two deliveries per week with as many cars as needed.

The Alachua Opportunity Zone site is located in North Central Florida near the intersection of US 301 and SR 20, in the Town of Hawthorne.

The site is a short drive to Gainesville Regional Airport, is less than 90 miles from Jacksonville International Airport, and only 60 miles from deepwater access at JAXPORT. Primary access to the opportunity zone is from SR 20, with major interstates including I-75, I-95 and I-10 less than 50 miles away.
